Rooms

We have two guest rooms, the Dunluce and the Dunseverick.

Both are well appointed, comfortable and modern and are located on the first floor of the house.

The landing area between the rooms is furnished with coffee table, bookcase and a few easy chairs for our guests’ use.

Our Dunseverick room has a view over open fields to the side of the house and catches the morning sun, while the Dunluce room has a view of the trees to the other side and benefits from the sun in the afternoon. The best view is probably from the bathroom of the Dunluce; this looks out to Knocklayde and early risers may take advantage of some great photographic opportunities from this window as the sun rises over the fields and mountain.

Breakfast Room

Our breakfast room has views to the back of the house overlooking open farmland to Claire Forest and Knocklaid Mountain beyond. It is a large, light and airy room with two sets of patio doors that we open on warm summer mornings. There is a large woodburning stove providing a warming glow on chilly mornings.

Our guests enjoy watching the local wildlife from this room including rabbits, stoats, fox, pheasant, house martin, cuckoo, corncrake and many other small birds and tits.
